Two different points on the line y=2 are exactly 13 units from the point (7,14). Draw a picture of this situation, and then find the coordinates of these points.

From what the question gives you, you know that the two points are going to fall on line y = 2. Segment c is simply connecting points a and c. This starts the formation of two right triangles because you know segment c is 12 units long and the lines have to be 13 units long on the line y = 2, so you can use the Pythagorean theorem to find the distance from points b and c, and points c and d. This will give you your two points on the line y = 2.
